- This policy applies both during Authorized Users' registration and, where legally enforceable, for a defined period of six months after an Authorized User leaves the platform.

- General recruitment through job postings or public hiring campaigns that are not directed at specific individuals from competitors.
- Employees or business partners making voluntary inquiries or applications without prior solicitation.
- Lawful competitive business practices that do not violate contractual obligations or industry regulations.
5. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, forfeiture of fees, including termination of registration or contract, and potential legal consequences if non-compete or non-solicitation agreements have been breached.
6. Compliance with Applicable Laws
